The Turner Family Foundation combines a number of interests and properties owned by the Turner Family – Graham Turner, founder and CEO of Flight Centre, his wife Jude, Founder of Spicers Retreats, son Matt, Director of 99 Bikes, and daughter Jo, a London-based fashion entrepreneur.
Among the Foundation’s assets are farming properties, nature refuges and the Hidden Vale Wildlife Centre operated through a partnership with The University of Queensland. The Turner Family also operate several eco tourism ventures located mostly in south-east Queensland and northern New South Wales.
The common thread linking these diverse assets is the Turner Family’s love of the Australian bush, a sense of adventure and a deep desire to share these gifts with others.
And it’s why they established the Turner Environmental and Education Trust, a not-for-profit organisation that delivers much-needed funds to Australian wildlife and land conservation efforts.
